We are here to provide you with emotional and educational support to help your baby or toddler with their sleep needs. We work with families in the Lower Mainland, the Fraser Valley and beyond.

A lot of people tell you before having your baby “sleep now”, but it’s not until you have your own baby that you fully understand those words. First month of a baby it is easy, as a mom you are just filled with joy. But as the months pass by and the tiredness accumulates everything changes. Our baby was not a good sleeper, but I didn’t want to consider Sleep Training, in my mind that equaled to leaving my little baby crying all night long with her mommy. So, I waited hoping that it would get better when he moved to his own room, when he started solids, if he had a bottle at night instead of being breastfeed. But the more I waited, the worse my baby slept and the more tired I was. It affected my mood, my relationship with the baby and with my husband. That moment when I finish working with a family an That moment when I finish working with a family and, usually the mom, tells me: I feel like myself again! I can't believe I'm sleeping! I'm so happy for them! . Sleep in NOT a privilege. Sleep is a basic need. The lack of sleep can affect our health in so many ways. . Adequate sleep is essential for overall physical health. Mothers need sufficient rest to recover from the physical demands of pregnancy, childbirth, and caring for a child. . Sleep plays a significant role in our mental well-being. Lack of sleep can contribute to mood swings, irritability, anxiety, and depression. Mothers, especially new mothers, may already face emotional challenges, so getting enough sleep is vital for maintaining mental balance. . Quality sleep enables a mother to be more present and engaged with her child. Being well-rested can enhance the quality of interactions, strengthen the mother-child bond, and contribute to a positive family dynamic. . A good night's sleep contributes to a mother's overall well-being and quality of life. It helps her feel refreshed, energized, and ready to tackle the challenges of motherhood with a positive outlook. . Becoming a well-rested mother is another benefit of sleep coaching a baby. It won't happen overnight, but with patience, love, and consistency, your baby can become a great sleeper...and you will be able to sleep again!
"A Life-Changing Process" . "Before we worked with "A Life-Changing Process" . "Before we worked with Maria, our son was completely reliant on a bottle to fall asleep, and had regressed from sleeping through the night to waking up every night and crying for hours despite our best efforts to soothe him. Our family was utterly exhausted and our son was not his typical happy self. What we were doing wasn’t working, so we decided to put our trust in Maria and her process. We were diligent about completing a daily sleep log and we committed to following her detailed sleep plan, even if doubts crept in. Maria was quickly able to identify sleep crutches and mixed messages we were sending to our son. By the time we finished working with Maria, we could hardly believe the difference. I can now put my son in his crib while he’s completely awake and leave the room, and he falls asleep independently without tears.
